Buck Creek State Park Boat Access

Relocation of the launch lanes and construction of a steel, double-walled breakwater reduced wave action in the launch area, making it safer for both boaters and their watercraft. Project included over 15,000 cubic yards of excavation and 7,000 cubic yards of embankment, the placement of 2,000 cubic yards of rock channel protection and the installation of over 600 feet (24,700 square feet) of sheet piling.
